Current production times are 5 - 7 business days for non-logo and logo mat production.
Large orders and Waterhog Custom Size orders will have a longer production time. Please contact us for quotes on production and shipping times.
All mats orders are shipped by ground service from Dalton, Georgia..
Waterhog mats can be shipped to all fifty (50) states including military APO and FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and international addresses.
Waterhog mat orders receive FREE shipping within the contiguous 48 states on all outside mat and inside mat orders that total $100 or more. Waterhog mat orders less than $100 will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $19.95, orders less than $200 will incur a fee of $29.95, and orders under $300 will incur a fee of $39.95. This offer is not applicable to Waterhog mat orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military APO and FPO addresses or international addresses. Shipping charges on all Waterhog mat orders outside the contiguous 48 states will be invoiced to the buyer at the actual charge to ship the item.
Waterhog mat orders are shipped by FedEx or UPS ground service within the contiguous 48 states. Customers will be notified as to the shipping carrier for all Waterhog mat orders outside the contiguous 48 states.
All Waterhog mat orders are manufactured to order. Standard Waterhog mat and logo mat orders typically ship within 5 - 7 business days after your order is received and placed with the manufacturer. Please contact us for production and shipping times on large orders or Waterhog custom size mat orders.
Once your Waterhog mat order is prepared for shipping, customers will receive an email from Commercial Mat Source with the carrier name, shipping service, tracking information and expected date of delivery for your Waterhog outside mat or Waterhog inside mat order. Your mat order will ship by ground from Dalton, Georgia.

Please note that stated sizes are not always exact measurements.
Due to the rubber curing process, shrinkage will occur.
The shrinkage may be 3 - 5% depending on the size of the mat ordered.
If you need an exact mat size, please order from the Waterhog Eco Elite Custom Size Mats selection as these mats are cut to size.
Mat shrinkage is standard throughout the mat manufacturing industry for commercial strength mats.
Original shipping charges paid by Commercial Mat Source and return postage fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
Shipping amounts paid by Commercial Mat Source will be deducted from any refund given. |
